At Hamilton Stone Design we pride ourselves on our customer service. From the initial meeting through to completion we listen carefully to all your individual requirements and needs.
CLAIRE HOMER (Co-Founder and Managing Director)
I am passionate about our business and making sure we deliver not only beautiful kitchens but ensure we maximise the space we have and each component functions for every customer. From pull-out spice rack to fridge freezer I make sure it’s all in the right place for each individual. From our first meeting to my final sign off I will be with the customer every step of the way making sure the process is as smooth and efficient as possible. I have a great team and we all work together to create each customer a perfect kitchen.
TONY HOMER (Co-Founder and CEO)
My job is to make sure Hamilton Stone Design is constantly reviewing and challenging the strategic and long-range objectives and that as a team we are all going in the right direction. I want to make sure the business is not only profitable but we offer the highest possible service and products to our valued customer base.
JAMES LOCK-HOMER Management Trainee
My job here is to provide support across all aspects of the business, and to ensure we always maintain our clients’ expectations. From helping to design & visualise your dream kitchen, to attending site visits and measuring the room. I am very passionate about our family business, and of course my main role, above all is, to keep the day-to-day business running smoothly, and to help guide our clients to create their dream kitchen every step of the way.
SAMANTHA MANN Finance Co-ordinator
I am the fairy godmother of the organisation. I make sure the team are all in the right place at the right time. I sometimes need to use my magic to make sure everything goes to plan. Organisation is the key and the showroom is down to me. Whether it’s getting you the right bin for your perfect kitchen or scheduling your finishing touches I will make sure all is to the best standard and service we always deliver.
DANNY CLOUGH Sales & Creative Designer
In cricketing parlance, you could describe me as an all-rounder. I look to excel in all aspects of your project process; from creative, showroom -based tasks including consulting on kitchen designs and creating 3D computer images, to crucial day-to-day practicalities such as pricing, ordering and final measuring. I even get my hands dirty on-site liaising with builders, carpenters and suppliers. My main aim is to ensure your project runs smoothly. As we like to say, ‘we don’t have problems, only ever scenarios!’
SAM O'LEARY Creative Designer
I am another member of the friendly team, based in the beautiful showroom, just a phone call away to assist with any of your kitchen desires. I’m here to show you around all we have to offer in the showroom, to creating the plans and CAD images of your kitchen to be. I am passionate about ensuring your dream kitchen is to the best standard possible with the process being organised and stress-free.
GEORGIE ROHAN Showroom Advisor
I am here to give a warm welcome to our lovely customers. I will be giving you a guided tour of our bespoke kitchens displays, showing you all the innovative storage ideas including our magic corners and traditional larders. Once you have chosen your dream kitchen I will be ensuring you are happy with every single last detail from the colour of the doors to the finish on the handles. I have lots of experience in sales and my aim is to ensure everything is exactly how you want it to be with no compromise.
